| Purification | Discuss desalting, HPLC or PAGE according to length, chemistry and application. |
| Format | Confirm dry or resuspended delivery, tubes or plates, naming and concentration. |

Is synthesis scale the final amount delivered?
No. Scale describes the synthesis input; processing and purification affect final yield. Agree a delivered amount when it is essential.
Should every primer use the highest purification level?
Not necessarily. Choose purification around the application, oligo length and modifications, rather than using one default for all orders.
