SYNTHESIS / BIO-DREAM
Gene synthesis & DNA fragments
Move from an approved design to a defined DNA deliverable. Discuss whether you need a linear fragment or a construct in a vector, and how the sequence will be verified.
Where this fits your work
- Research construct development from a supplied design
- DNA fragments for downstream assembly
- Sequence variants and expression-oriented design enquiries
Build a complete project brief
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Input design | Provide final nucleotide sequence, target length and intended research use through an agreed channel. |
| Optimisation | If codon optimisation is requested, define the host and approve the resulting DNA sequence before synthesis. |
| Construct | Specify fragment versus plasmid, vector identity, insert orientation and junctions. |
| Feasibility | Length, repeats, GC content and special chemistry affect feasibility, price and scheduling. |
Define what you receive
- The agreed DNA format and delivered quantity.
- Approved sequence, construct map where relevant, and agreed QC evidence.
- Clarify whether verification covers the insert or the whole plasmid.
These are quotation checklist items, not a guarantee that every listed output is included. Ask us to define the exact scope before ordering.
A local conversation. A clearly scoped project.
Share your sample count, intended output and preferred schedule. Bio-Dream coordinates the quotation and Hong Kong delivery arrangements.
Prepare a project enquiryQuestions before you begin
Does a verified sequence guarantee protein expression?
No. Expression depends on the host, vector, culture conditions and biology. Functional validation is a separate experimental question.
Can I use my own vector?
Discuss the vector sequence, map, resistance marker and material requirements first. Availability and any incoming-vector QC are confirmed per project.
