1. Confirm the service before dispatch
Share sample type, sample count, research objective and required output. Confirm the receiving address and delivery arrangement with Bio-Dream; the office address is not automatically the sample reception address.
2. Agree the acceptance criteria
Request the service-specific concentration, volume, integrity, purity, buffer and temperature requirements. Avoid applying one DNA or RNA threshold to every workflow.
3. Match labels to the sample sheet
Use unique sample IDs. Keep tube or well IDs identical to the submission sheet. Record species, material, quantity and any relevant primer or reference identifier.
4. Coordinate transport and arrival
Agree packaging, temperature, courier timing and any required documentation before shipment. Overseas samples and restricted materials need advance assessment.
5. Confirm QC and project start
Ask when the turnaround clock starts, what happens if QC fails and whether repeats, additional analysis or storage incur additional charges.
